Daniel Williams is the founder and owner of Level Up Fitllab. He is a Certified Master Trainer, with 27 years of experience in fitness, corrective exercise, weight loss, and functional training. Daniel prides himself in providing a service that is individually customized for each client. The ultimate goal is to help each client gain optimal fitness, and health of mind, body, and spirit. According to Dan, “There are levels to this. It’s about transforming each client through the mind, by building confidence and commitment. The body, by building physical strength, and the spirit, by helping each client to see their own inner strength and to step outside of their comfort zone. It pleases me to see clients level-up and become the best version of themselves.” 

Stephanie Caban is the co-founder of Level Up Fitlab and creator of their woman’s athletic line. Stephanie has always had a passion for fitness and empowering women. She takes delight in watching Dan transform the lives of so many women, men, and children, from various walks of life. As a wife, mother, and fitness fanatic herself, she knows firsthand, that every woman wants to look good and feel good. According to Stephanie, “It’s one thing to build confidence with the results of our new physique, and another to find the perfect pair of leggings. It is for this reason that I decided to create and design a line of athletic wear that would cater to all women. I want it to be comfy, versatile, fun, and sexy – the way every woman wants to feel!”
