We take a thoughtful and holistic approach to training your mind and body at Level Up Fitlab. Every training session is specialized for individual needs and is be manipulated to best suit your unique goals. Strength and Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, Kickboxing, HIIT training, and Post-Rehabilitation training are our five styles of training. Each training style caters to both the beginner and athlete due to comprehensive workouts and a progressive training approach.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning training starts from within. At Level Up Fitlab, our first objective is to help encourage you to think more positively and progressively about yourself in fitness and evolutionary settings. Our strength and conditioning workouts start at the most fundamental level of training and branch out to elite-level performance exercises.

Corrective Exercise

Corrective exercise is not only meant for injured athletes or physically limited individuals. It is meant to help you improve essential movements that can make or break your physical integrity during exercise. Level Up Fitlab is here to help you become more in touch with your body through corrective exercise. This is done by adjusting and retraining movements known to drastically improve performance at the fundamental level. 


Kickoxing

Have you ever done a workout that improves cardio, strength, balance, core, and is effective at increasing weight loss? Now you can! Kickboxing at Level Up Fitlab is the most coveted training style of them all. HIIT Training

HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training and it is designed to help you tone and sculpt your body at an exponential rate. Alongside improving your physical composition, HIIT workouts are also used to improve oxygen consumption, increase anaerobic performance and reduce heart rate, blood pressure, and blood sugar.
